Giving to those in need what they could be gaining from their own initiative may well be the kindest way to destroy people.

Pastor Johnpaul Oluwatosin Obaribirin (PJP) – Bio
Pastor Johnpaul Oluwatosin Obaribirin, fondly known as PJP, is an unapologetic global soul-winner, seasoned evangelical film producer, passionate missionary, visionary leader, and grassroots mobilizer. He is also a humanitarian advocate, community developer, philanthropist, and professional social worker. He currently serves as the Lead Servant of Beljodas Care Foundation, a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to missions, empowerment, and rural transformation across West Africa and the 10/40 Window nations.
A dynamic apostolic voice to the nations, PJP is the Convener of the Missions Conference and Retreat, a pan-African gathering designed to revitalize, equip, and empower frontier missionaries. He also leads several impactful initiatives, including:
Beljodas Holy Ghost School for Missionaries (Republic of Niger)
Beljodas Intervention and Empowerment Project, supporting vulnerable missionaries and communities across West Africa
Beljodas Cooperative, a financial mission stream that pays monthly stipends to dozens of missionaries, enabling them to stay focused on their harvest fields
Co-Convener of Missionaries Pamper Missions, a bi-annual event that gives field missionaries a “royal treat,” refreshing their bodies, souls, and spirits
With unwavering commitment to reaching the unreached, Pastor Johnpaul leads both urban and rural evangelism, discipleship, and holistic community development, advancing the Gospel in some of the most spiritually resistant regions of the world.
Under his leadership, Beljodas Care Foundation, in collaboration with Kings Film International Ministry, has become a dynamic force in creative evangelism. Through Spirit-inspired films, drama, and music, the ministry boldly proclaims the message of the Cross to unreached people groups—breaking cultural barriers and opening hearts to salvation.
PJP has written, directed and produced evangelical films with the following titles:
By my Blood
One Down
Highjack
Generational Sabotage
Worldly Church
Some of those films are on Beljodas Care Foundation YouTube channel.
Driven by a deep burden for missionary welfare, Beljodas conducts strategic High-Needs Assessments to identify the most vulnerable and underserved field missionaries and communities in Northern Nigeria, Benin Republic, Republic of Niger, and across Africa to offer timely interventions. Through monthly financial stipends, tent-making training, and spiritual mentorship, these missionaries are being empowered to become both spiritually effective and economically sustainable.
Beljodas Care Foundation’s Impact Includes:
Educational Scholarships for underprivileged children (from primary to tertiary levels)
Widows’ Empowerment Programs to launch small businesses and sustain family livelihoods
Support for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) with food relief, empowerment, and social reintegration
Community Development Projects, such as borehole installations in water-scarce villages like Inakpa
At the heart of Pastor Johnpaul’s mission is a clear conviction:
Through his apostolic leadership, Beljodas is raising young professionals with cross-cultural callings, equipping them to take the Gospel to the hardest-to-reach places especially in the 10/40 Window nations.
Despite not being a traditional church and receiving no tithes or offerings, Pastor Johnpaul continues to lead Beljodas through the help of the Holy Spirit and the sacrificial generosity of kingdom partners who believe that the salvation of nations should also translate into the development and prosperity of the most vulnerable communities.

He is passionately committed to changing the narrative of poverty among missionaries in West Africa, boldly declaring:
“ As long as blood flows through my veins no missionary will sleep in hunger and die in poverty”
